Dick Roettker
CEO
Dick attended Xavier University, majoring in Chemical Science. With his chemistry background, Dick worked briefly in the quality control lab at Emery Industries (now Lubrizol), then in sales for the Stalwart Rubber Company before joining the Roettker Company in July 1979. Dick assumed the role of President in 2007, and currently serves as the CEO and focuses his time on New Business Development as well as Supplier Management. Dick enjoys working with his customers to find better and less-expensive ways to produce and improve their products.
Brian Roettker
President, Treasurer, and Sales Representative
Brian is the fourth generation to join the family business. Brian graduated from Xavier University in 1998 with a BSBA degree in Accounting. He then spent two years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, becoming a CPA. Brian joined the Roettker Company in April of 2000, and has brought a fresh perspective to doing business in today's competitive and changing environment. Brian is currently the President and Treasurer for the Roettker Company as well as Sales Representative.
Rick Roettker

Rick is another fourth generation family member to join the business. Rick graduated from the University of Dayton in 1999 with a BS degree in Management Information Systems. He then spent 5 years as a professional soccer player in the USL A-League (US & Canadian 2nd Division) which was re-branded in 2019 to the USL Championship (www.uslchampionship.com). Rick also worked as an IT Project Manager for Procter & Gamble and later as an IT Consultant for Accenture. Rick joined B.H. Roettker in 2008 and is currently a VP as well a Sales Representative.
Diane Jagoditz
Customer Service Manager
Diane started with the B.H. Roettker Company in late 2012. She comes with over 20 years of experience in various purchasing, consulting & customer service positions. She started her career at Proctor & Gamble as an Administrative Assistant. Following P&G, she worked a number of years as a Clinical Data Manager at North Cliff Consultants.
