	Don Roettker CEO of BH Roettker Company Don joined the Roettker Company in 1973, and represents the third generation of the family business. His BSBA degree in Accounting from Xavier University gave him a solid knowledge of business and finance, which he has put to good use in his various roles as Treasurer, Vice President, President, and currently CEO. Don assumed the role of President when Bob retired in 1988. After 34 years of serving his Ohio customers, Don has turned over that responsibility to his son, Brian.
	Dick Roettker President and Sales Representative Dick attended Xavier University, majoring in Chemical Science. With his chemistry background, Dick worked briefly in the quality control lab at Emery Industries (now Lubrizol), then in sales for the Stalwart Rubber Company before joining the Roettker Company in July 1979. Dick assumed the role of President in 2007, and currently serves as the Sales Representative for the Kentucky and Tennessee territory. Dick enjoys working with his customers to find better and less-expensive ways to produce and improve their products.
	Brian Roettker Vice-President, Treasurer, and Sales Representative. Brian (Don's son) is the fourth generation to join the family business. Brian graduated from Xavier University in 1998 with a BSBA degree in Accounting. He then spent two years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche, becoming a CPA. Brian joined the Roettker Company in April of 2000, and has brought a fresh perspective to doing business in today's competitive and changing environment. Brian is currently the Vice-President and Treasurer for the Roettker Company as well as Sales Representative for the Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia territory.
	Rick Roettker Sales Representative Rick is another fourth generation family member to join the business. Rick graduated from the University of Dayton in 1999 with a BS degree in Management Information Systems. He then spent 5 years as a professional soccer player for the now defunct Cincinnati Riverhawks of the USL First Divsion (www.uslsoccer.com). While playing, Rick also continued to work the IT field as a Project Manager and consultant for several fortune 500 companies including: Procter & Gamble, Kendle International, and Accenture. Rick joined B.H. Roettker in 2008 and now serves as the Sales Representative for the Indiana and Illinois regions.
	Gail Overbeck Office Manager & Customer Service Gail joined the Roettker Company in 1993 after a successful career as owner/ manager of two Hallmark Card retail stores in Greater Cincinnati. Her management and organizational skills, along with her customer service experience, are valuable assets in her current role as Customer Service Manager.
